We love Stride Rite!  They are always happy to see you when you walk in the door and super helpful with measuring my toddler's feet and letting him choose which shoes he wants.  Because of this I would rather buy local from a family-owned business then online.

Bought shoes for my grandson but they were too small.  They refused to refund or exchange them.  Last time I shop there.  I will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know.
