I was having problems with my positioning on an existing road bike that I tried my best to fit into a tri position.  Through trial and error I put myself in a horrible position.  Knowing that I want to begin my 2018 training from a proper position I asked around to all my fellow cyclist and I was told you can not go wrong with Fit Werx.  I was a little nervous when making the appointment because I see myself far from the avid cyclist and really did not know what to expect.  My initial contact was with Marty who answered all my questions and made me feel like I made the right decision coming to Fit Werx.  When I was outside the store I felt a little out of place but as soon as entering the store I was welcome by all employees and immediately was able to let my guard down.  The fit was extremely informative not only on my proper fit but also on some cycling techniques that could make me a better cyclist.  I am so thankful to Mike who performed my fit, he was extremely professional and spent the entire fit looking out for my best interest.  I have a couple rides on the trainer with my new fit and I feel great.  Can't wait for the snow to melt that I can hammer out some strong miles on the road.

Great place! Got a tri-bike fit here with Mike who was fantastic and very professional. Their philosophy is to get you in the best position possible without sacrificing comfort so you can actually hold it. All the staff is very nice and professional as well; I got some mechanical work done and the mechanics were very helpful.

I came here specifically knowing that I wanted to have the best guys fit me for my new road bike. Everyone I encountered, from the beginning all the way until I had my new bike in my hands, was fantastic. Dean, who fit me for my bike, was very knowledgeable in every question we had. Having the proper fit and measurements on the bike are so important in having a comfortable ride and this team comes highly recommended from me. Thank you for everything!!

I worked with Mike on the fit of my new Trek Madone.  It was an extremely informative and thorough process.  The bike is great and the staff there is awesome.  I bought a frameset and they swapped the components from my old bike to new, included in the price.  Build quality was very high as well.  First rate experience.

I found out about Fit Werx while visiting family in Massachusetts. As a new rider I wanted to make sure my bike was set up properly and I didn't have the confidence that my local bike shop had the same level of expertise in bike fitting. In fact, after scheduling the bike fitting (but before the actual fitting) I strained my IT band. 

The bike fitting was a great experience. Dean spent a lot of time and I feel like the bike is where it needs to be. Fit Werx does a great job from start to finish. I highly recommend this shop to any rider as it will benefit the beginner rider as well as the experienced.
