Can't say enough about the team at FT! I am not the usual client. I arrived in December 2008, a stressed out mid 40's emaciated 138 pound man. Just like everyone else, I just wanted to be the weight that was on my driver's license. My problem was that I always said I was 150. So 150 was the one client, one trainer,"first" goal. I achieved that goal and many more since over the last 6 years. I am an addict and have to get my 3 sessions in every week. FT is a great and supportive environment; a team of professionals that will push you to succeed beyond your wildest fitness dreams!

The team at FT is fantastic! If you are looking for personal training, then look no further than FT. I was looking for a personalized nutrition and exercise program with highly trained staff who understood my physical limitations (bad back). I lost 20 lbs and 17+ inches in four months and they helped me get back my focus on exercising regularly. Everyone at FT is friendly, outgoing and committed to helping their clients be successful. I can't say enough good things about them other than their program works and they are a wonderful group of people who make you feel comfortable and motivated!

After going to Fitness Together sporadically while in college, I started working out there regularly in May as I wanted to address overall health and fitness goals. The staff has been extremely supportive in helping with both exercise and nutrition. They work with each person as an individual to achieve their own goals. The staff's knowledge and training provides a safe, yet challenging and constantly changing routine. I have enjoyed alternating between small group workouts, what they call a PACK workout, and one-on-one training. Both have unique benefits and have helped me achieve a much healthier lifestyle!

At 42, I was feeling overweight, out of shape, just terrible. I was sick of feeling bad so decided to try personal training, which I'd never done before (actually, I'd never done any type of exercise other than running, and the last time was about 15 years ago!). After seeing the great reviews for Fitness Together, I decided to go for it. Three months later, I have lost weight, over 10% body fat, but more importantly, I feel GREAT. I'm in the best shape of my life and for the first time ever, really enjoy being active. This experience has changed my life and I'm continuing to pursue my goals. The staff have been so supportive and helpful, and I feel totally comfortable there. They give great advice and encouragement and I never could have done it on my own. I just signed up for another session and am excited about the next part of this journey! Can't recommend them enough.
