Fit Body Boot Camp is different than your normal workout in that the instructor works with you on any limitations that you have. The workouts are equal sore opportunity and you feel like you've worked out everything. The fun is over before you know it because the workouts are thirty minutes and that includes warm up and cool down. Instructors are great at motivating and pushing you when they know you need it. Positive energy from classmates and instructors. The owners are local and are even work out with us. They not only teach, they practice what they preach. Give them a try.

The owners Daniel and Brittney are devoted and committed to their members. They make you feel like family! Extremely supportive of not only your physical health, but have a vested interest and genuine concern for your overall wellness! Family, stress, jobs, kids, etc...they are there to support you in every step of your journey. The workouts are Amazing and Challenging! I've been a member for over a year and value their commitment to Me, their staff, and all of the other members.

I started Mt Pleasant Fit Body Boot Camp on January 9th for a 6 week challenge. I have very little previous workout experience. I have felt welcome since day one. The work outs are very exciting and the owners and staff are very encouraging and helpful. I choose their facility because they have many opportunities in the day and throughout the week to get your workout in your schedule. The 30 minute workout format is very good and it amazes me how each workout they have been able to target different muscle groups. I love the way the way they encourage you and keep you motivated with social media. It helps keep you on track and looking forward to the next work out. My experience for the past two weeks has been nothing but a great experience and I am looking forward to the weeks to come.

I have tried many gyms, but this is the first gym where everyone is encouraging. Everyone is on different fitness levels and you never feel judged. The owner, Daniel and Brittney have created a positive and pleasant atmosphere! They are dedicated to helping you with your goals, whether it is staying healthy or getting healthy. I started here in February 2015 when they opened, I saw an add on Facebook out of the blue when I was frustrated with weight issues, etc. I called and Brittney answered, she was so warm and friendly, said it I wanted to discuss my goals over coffee she would meet me anytime. She didn't even know me, but she and her husband are so passionate about what they do!

Mt. P fit body boot camp is not your typical gym. Its a community of like minded individuals who want to improve their fitness, health, and have fun while doing so. Fbbc offers 30 minute high intensity circuit training workouts designed to incinerate fat. They are also different workouts EVERYDAY so it's never redundant and always exciting. Brittney and Daniel (the owners) and their staff are extremely knowledgeable and also offer nutrition consultations included in membership. The workouts are great, but the community is what really keeps me coming back. I've never been to a gym where I know almost everyone by name and where I'm not embarrassed or intimidated by my fitness level. Fit Body Boot Camp isn't just a gym. We're a family.
