Story

Fitness4life Training Center is located at 6701 Glenwood Ave. Suite 103, Raleigh NC, 27612. We can be reached by phone at (919) 787-2250 or email us at [email protected].

Our training center provides all of the fitness classes and energy of a big gym in a small, family environment. We offer Personal Training, Cardio Kickboxing, Karate, Zumba, Yoga, Senior Fitness Classes, Bootcamp, Capoeira and XFIT. Our program for children start as young as three and we have programs for adults of all ages.

We specialize in effective group fitness programs in a fun and friendly workout environment. We will help you become stronger, leaner, and more fit using scientific methods. Our approach to fitness is simple to follow but very effective. Our workouts are designed to help every person reach their personal fitness goals.

Our instructors have formal education with years of practical experience. Our karate, kickboxing and personal training programs started over a decade ago through the Raleigh Parks & Rec. system. In 2010 we opened Fitness4Life Training Center a unique facility where we expanded our karate, kickboxing and personal training services. Regardless of your fitness goal we are here to help you.

I joined the Cardio Kickboxing class. Everybody was very welcoming, I enjoyed the session it was hard work but fun. There was a good variety of training on the bags and on the floor. Will be going again.

Been coming here for about 10 months now and it has become like a second home. It has helped me in my efforts to lose 40 lbs so far. Not only is Fitness4Life a great place to work out, it is a community filled with real people who are all working towards similar goals while being quick to laugh and fun to be around. It is not a cold/impersonal environment like many gyms I've been too, it is homey and welcoming. I would highly recommend becoming a part of this gym!

I have been a member of Fitness4Life for a short time and I absolutely love it. George is knowledgeable, fun and pushes you with a smile on his face. The group classes adds variety to your workout that keeps you excited and wanting to go back. Go for one FREE workout and see for yourself. You have nothing to lose. I guarantee you will want to come back for more.

Fitness 4 Life is an amazing place to be and to workout in. A family run business that caters to the whole family. I have worked out with George for several years and have yet to experience the same workout twice. I have never had such good results at other gyms I have worked out in. His knowledge and enthusiasm are unsurpassed. Also, my daughter took karate with Stephanie for the last couple of years. Stephanie is an incredible mother and teacher. She has an amazing way with the children (especially the young ones) and my daughter was always excited to be at the gym and motivated to practice at home too. Don't hesitate to join this gym, you'll be so glad you did!

I am thrilled with George and the programs at Fitness4Life. I started taking some of George's classes over a year ago. My wife and I wanted to find some way to exercise together even though our fitness levels were drastically different. The cardio kickboxing class was perfect. It was fun and engaging while being challenging for both of us. Since then I have taken some of the other classes and come to know many great people. The atmosphere is always light and relaxed (well, as relaxed as you can be while working out! *grin*) and I am always looking forward to the sessions. One last point. I am a runner and look to these classes for my cross training needs. They are excellent for this purpose! My core muscles are far more fit which has helped me maintain a proper stride and eliminate the knee pain I had from the incorrect form. My races are far more enjoyable and my recovery time is dramatically less.
