We had our sons first birthday party at my gym in Raleigh on Saturday January 14th and it was the Best!!!  The staff was AWSOME!!!  I didn't know what to expect because it was our first time there and let me tell you they exceeded our expectations. Everyone in my family kept saying how much fun they were having and how the place was so nice and clean and most immortally age appropriate! The kids had smiles on their faces the whole entire time and I was able to relax and enjoy my son on his first birthday instead of going crazy trying to host. I will definitely be going back not only for another party but for the classes they hold as well with my two year old daughter and my son. I want to thank the staff that hosted my party for making it a birthday to remember!!!

This place is amazing. I take the child I nanny here and the staff is terrific, plus all of the fun activities they do for the kids. 10/10

Had my niece's birthday party here!!! The staff was absolutely amazing from start to finish; that includes planning, preparation, set up and clean up! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The kids had a great time at a great facility!!! They ran, they jumped, they flipped, they played and played and played and played. Not a frown on their precious faces and all asleep on the way home! :) 
I highly recommend this place for parties and/or classes!

This location was fun for our daughter, but the management was poor.  When we tried to cancel our membership, we were told that we could freeze our membership for a month at no charge, and then decide if we wished to cancel or renew with no penalty, as long as we did it within that timeframe.  We called at the end of the month to cancel, and were told they were not going to honor their agreement and would be charging our CC for another month, despite originally telling us that they would not.  The business model is designed to force you into spending significantly more money than you intended, and their pitch to keep you enrolled is a total farce.

I was there 6 yrs ago and it was fine. Recently returned and was very disappointed by the dirtiness and musty smell. My socks I wore in the mommy & me type class were filthy afterwards. The mixture of urine and sweaty feet smell was a true testament that the staff is slacking in the cleaning department. I hear they are opening a new location...hopefully this will motivate them to take their cleaning regimen to a new level.
