Fitness Connection Celebration is not a good gym. Old equipment, tired facilities, a high-turnover and disengaged staff, and incompetent management. In my own case, after two years of loyal membership and access to Kid's Club, I was told that my corporate membership did not include Kid's Club, and an additional charge was required. The management could not provide any documentation of this charge or explain this change -- management went so far to to claim this was not a change. The manager pointed to the lack of icon in their computerized membership system. The idea that a data-input error on their side was the most obvious cause was rejected without thought by the manager. The manager even suggested that the previous revolving-door management cadre had made 'side deals' with friendly members ("but not you, of course.") The implication was unprofessional and insulting. The Celebration Station manager put the onus on me and my employer to prove what we had agreed with Fitness Connection for more than two years. This led to being barred from our needed Kid's Club for more than a month while my employer called and called and called Fitness Connection corporate to confirm what had been understood among all of us for two years. After FIVE WEEKS, Fitness Connection corporate admitted what had been true for so long, that Kid's Club is included in the corporate membership without additional charge. We are back to our original understanding. I didn't wait for the response I knew come -- I canceled my membership and joined another gym. If you value your time, your children, your money, and your belief in basic fairness and the sacredness of contracts, avoid Fitness Connection Celebration.

Do NOT sign up. I repeat DO NOT sign up for this place. I signed up online and it said the annual fee came out on April 20th I just got charged today. It’s funny I got in and instead of the guy telling me about my membership he give me and keytag and tries to sign me up for a fit assessment. I called today and the front desk girl was kinda unprofessional saying it’s not their problem my online agreement said one thing and theirs says another. That’s bad business. She said that’s something you need to talk to headquarters about. Like I said don’t sign up they just want money not to see health goals.

I joined FC today and the manager Toy really made me feel at home. You can tell she enjoys what she's doing and that she really wants to help people. Everyone was so pleasant. The machines are state of the art and they have a class for everyone. I can't wait to get fit at Fitness Connection!!

I've been coming to this gym for about 6 months now. The staff are generally awesome, the facilities are almost always quite clean (and if there's been something that isn't, the staff have addressed it as soon as it's brought to their attention), and the members there have overall been friendly. I've definitely been benefitting with the personal training program (my trainer is awesome!), which is pretty reasonably priced. It has a lot of wonderful amenities for the price you pay to be there.
