The North Hills Fitness Connection is my favorite gym in Raleigh. The facilities are always clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly. They offer Les Mills group fitness classes which are fantastic. Body Jam is by far the best, in my opinion, but water aerobics is fun, too! I've heard Body Pump, Body Flow, and also the yoga classes they offer are great, too, but I haven't tried them yet. The pricing here is just right and the sales people aren't pushy like at other places in the area. Check them out if you're looking for a great group fitness class, a nice swimming pool/hot tub, or a stress-free place to work out on your own.

I've visited most every gym in Raleigh and landed here. If you want a gym where you can go and just have a stress-free workout this is it. Nice equipment and no real waiting, even from 5-7pm. I've never run into a "problem member". I like to go to the gym, do my thing and go - this is the place for that. The staff is all good and never pesters. If you prefer personalized workouts you can get it here as well. People always get out of the trainers way. I like the place and have no interest in checking leaving any time soon. If you prefer the club and locker room experience then pay 10x more and go somewhere else.

Me and my husband had a horrible experience with this gym (If you like a pool that is rarely cleaned a dirty lukewarm hot tub and smelly gym equipment then this place is for you!!) and the guy Malik that sold us one package then ended up charging are cards and outrageous price that is now on our credit

Great facility and you can't beat it for the price! This Fitness Connection is probably the nicest one in town. Very updated and kept clean. I LOVE the classes. They have very good instructors! Check out Zumba with Anabel. It's awesome!

Since moving to Raleigh, I frequent this location most often. It's exactly what you expect from a commercial gym with cheap membership fees and an unlimited guest fees. Their best asset is the turf room - 4 squat racks, kettle weights, trx, peg wall, and space for agility ladders, box jumps, and more. Pay close attention to busy hours, otherwise make do with the little space a equipment available to you.
