The instructors at FitWise are VERY knowledgeable, attentive and focused. I'm new to Pilates and wasn't sure what to expect (and a bit intimidated about the reformers & equipment) but the instructors there are so good at what they do, I was quickly put at ease and after 2 sessions already felt a difference. The classes are small so there is more individual attention and adjustments. Very high caliber all the way.

Very warm and inviting environment.  I have done both Privates and the Instructors are amazing with correcting my posture yet offering exercises that challenge and stimulate me physically and mentally. I am a runner and very fit, they have taken me to the next level. I am a fan! I recently tried the new cardio and Barre classes and  I have never had such a great workout in all of Marin-and I have tried everywhere.

I  started with FitWise in El Cerrito when I did client calls. I could not be happier that they are now also in Mill Valley. I take the restorative classes with Jean- Marie on Wednesdays and it is my favorite solution to aches and pains. I also do Privates with Savannah and Tracey. I  have weekly standing appointments, have no pain and enjoy an active life which I was once restricted to do. The entire staff is very friendly and supportive.

EXTRAORDINARY individual attention and care. Amazing learning about body (kinesthetics) from each session. Have had one-on -ones with four different coaches and ALL have contributed knowledge, insight and diverse interesting challenging workouts.
Love this place and the management...visionary, 
ever optimistic, determined, and welcoming.

Lucky to have them in Mill Valley.
