Extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable facilities. They provide lockers for your personal belongings.
There are 2 big rooms for classes, and one small room for pilates 101 personal training.
The reformers are new and well kept. Each teacher has their own personal style, some have a waiting list for their classes.

I highly recommend it.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 1987 and have found the perfect home for my clients to strengthen, tone and transform their bodies. Pilates ProWorks has re-imagined what's possible in a 55-minute workout. I am a teacher, a student and a huge fan!

With Pilates, Barre Pro, TRX, and Boot Camp classes, Pilates ProWorks definitely offers a hard core workout. I am constantly challenged and motivated by the knowledgeable teachers and diverse classes. Because of PPW's killer workout, welcoming community, and excellent facilities, all my exercise needs are fulfilled!

I have been going to PPW MV for almost a year now and I am hooked!!! From the warm greeting at the frontdesk to the amazing stafff of fitness pros that teach there, I always feel like I got a great total body workout w/a smile:)  I love how the classes are challenging, but are filled w/amazing positive energy leaving me feeling fit, happy and refreshed after each class!!! The instructors are also very supportive in offering modifications for injuries or fitness levels. There is no place like it in Marin! I highly recommend!!
