I too have found that most people only write reviews if their unhappy. This is the 2nd apartment I have rented from Gates Realty (different locations). The 2 ladies that are the onsite managers here are great. Whenever I've had any issues, they were always addressed immediately. They are very pro-active & do a great job and I'm very happy here. All the people who work in the Gates office have always been very nice and I've never had any problems. I would absolutely recommend renting from them.

My boyfriend and I have been renting the same apartment from Byran and Bev for almost 6 years and we plan to stay another 5 years. They are kind, quick, efficient when it comes to repairs. Yes they need a technical upgrade but in all the years of living here I would not want any other landlord.

I have rented twice, for a total of three years, from Gates Realty and could not be happier with the service. Bev and Brian truly care about their tenants. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and are very conscientious about not violating tenants' privacy when in-house visits have to be made. When the owners of the home I was renting decided to sell, and thus end my lease, Bev and Brian worked closely with me to allow me sufficient time to move out and not be financially hurt. They even provided for a cleaning service when the owners moved up the move-out date by a week. Overall, I have greatly appreciated their professionalism and kindness and would rent from them again if necessary.

Untrustworthy management. Charged me for what was damaged "wear and tear" to begin with. Don't do it.
