Efficient and effective. I showed up without an appointment on Saturday (iPhone 7) and Sam managed to fit me in right away to have my iPhone screen replaced. I was in and out within 30 minutes and he thoroughly answered all my questions. He put a glass screen protector on afterwards and he applied it flawlessly. Absolutely zero bubbles or dust specs. Perfect job start to finish.

The person in the store during the day had an attitude problem when I called about an issue with the pressure marks not going away after a few days.  He refused to discuss, hung up the phone on me and would not pick up the phone when I called again.  The phone had another issue too after the fix, it would not charge at all unless I used a high power charger, the same person refused to take a look at it unless I pay him again.

These guys are just the best. They have saved my butt SO many times, and in each situation (different devices) Apple told me I was out of luck and I might as well "buy a new one". Always give these guys a try - they are affordable, hardworking, and just all around amazing. I am SO incredibly grateful for them.

Holy smokes - I just came from here and the guy ( Sam ) fixed my rear camera in 15 minutes! Super nice, really efficient and you can tell they do good work because there was a line of people waiting for their turn. Would completely recommend this place to any iPhone users that need repairs :) thank you.

i got my iphone 8+ screen replaced  here. i believe it was close to 200$. the new screen isnt as vibrant as my  old screen, meaning they used a cheaper LCD screen. they did not tell me beforehand that it was not an original iphone screen,  and it is EXTREMLY noticable. on top of that, my screen glitches, it types multiple letters, and it doesn't always respond when i touch it.
