Terrible place. The ATM takes a tremendous amount of time to take deposits and frequently fails causing problems. Some of the clerks are dismissive and do whatever that can to pass the work off onto some automated service. The mentioned automated services are garbage,huge hold times,voice recognition issues among many others.

Its true. Customer service at this branch is horrible. There are 8 cubicles at this branch and all of them are empty. Like they all went for lunch at the same time. There's currently 5 customers waiting and they havent called anyone in the last 15 minutes.

Also no more coffee.

Edit: the lady that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. Still they should staff more bankers. Changed from 1 to 3 stars

I had a decent time here opening an account for my business. I will say, though the teller was polite and fun, she took forever. Not he worst experience but not the best.
