Wonderful experience. Reasonably priced repair, courtesy call a couple days later. John especially is great. I've been to many of the bike shops in the neighborhood and they are the only ones that seem to have finally solved a problem I've had on and off with my bike of several years.

I like this place. Johnny is as good as they come. He has taken care of me every time I have been there and I will only use these guys!

When I bought a bike here last year I was told I could return it within a year if I was not satisfied. My boyfriend was there and heard them say this to me. Apparently they "don't accept returns on bikes and no bike store does" the reason why I wanted to return the bike is because I've had 5 flats since the purchase. I hardly even use it but before I do I make sure the tires are at the correct pressure. My old bike only had one flat within two years and I road it all the time! It is getting expensive replacing the tubes and I'm positive it's not something I can prevent. This store was not helpful when I asked them what could be happening and they also lied about the return policy when I bought the bike. Never giving them service again.

This place should be rated higher - nothing but positive experiences here, from purchasing to maintenance to roadside tips, these guys are the most knowledgeable that I've met in Minneapolis.
