I had a great experience buying a bike here but not so great when I came back. Don't get me wrong, there are lots of good employees working at the hub. I bought a bike with one. I talked to one fro 15 minuets about derailer replacement. The majority of the staff here are great helpful people. Here's the but. When I went in about 40 days after I bought my bike for my free 90 day tune up (or 30 days of riding, explicitly stated on the form that was given to me at the time of the purchase) I was met with a woman who verbally yelled at me for "bringing my bike in too early". I would like to reiterate, The form said come in after 30 days of riding and I was told by the person who rung me up when I bought the bike that I should come back in a month of riding it (I ride every day.). Basically I just left after trying to explain to her that I had ridden it for 40 days. Prehaps she was right, but that doesn't give anyone the excuse to tell a customer they are wrong and not explain anything why.

I've only gone in for simple tune-ups and accessories, but their service is always fast, efficient and friendly. The employees are always eager to share their knowledge about biking!

The staff I spoke with was extremely rude, dismissive and judgmental. I went to the store to buy a bike and left 5 minutes later because the staff displayed no desire to help me find what I was looking. She must have decided that I don't fit into her preconceived notion of who she wants to sell bikes to, thus not being worth her time.

Trust all you cycle enthusiasts have had a great summer. Brought my trusted 20 year old OUTBACK GT into this shop for a thorough overall and tune-up and was blown away not only by the work done but by the speed in which they did it. It was done on the same day. Jason the technician moved it into high gear after my late morning drop off and called me at 7 pm. Unbelievable considering what all needed to be done. They have earned my loyalty and I will return. You should check this place out for all your bicycle repair needs!
