Recently bought an SUV from Briggs, right away SUV started having minor issues such as it would not turn on due to the battery so I took it in twice the first time they said it was some loose cables , that was obviously a lie because it wouldn't turn on the next day i had to jump start it to take it to Briggs they finally put in a new battery and that was with in my 30 day warranty so they were good about that, after that the SUV has been running fine, WELL now I had an issue registering the car because Briggs never told me the title was from Missouri  so now I have to get it inspected (not a big deal) but I come to find out that when I did a trade in for my car instead of Briggs taking $1000.00 off they added $1000.00 on so the sales tax receipt is all messed up and had to go get it fixed at Briggs. THESE ARE ISSUES THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BE HAVING WITH DEALERSHIPS WHEN BUYING A CAR!

25+ years of buying cars and never found such a pushy/persistent dealership. Multiple calls and emails per day.... Even after sharing we found a car elsewhere. Finally just had to demand they stop communication.

I've been taking our vehicles here since we purchased one from the Brigg's Kia in Topeka several years ago. I have found the service and the knowledgeable staff to both be worth the drive. The facilities are well kept and I have actually enjoyed taking our vehicles to their maintenance appointments.

Bought 2 cars in one day- won't buy anywhere else!

Update...I liked this dealership so much, I've taken a sales position with them. Take that as you wish. My 5 stars stand even as an employee!

DO NOT GO TO BRIGGS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! We went and purchased a 2017 Nissian Sentra. We signed paperwork and went home. We went and continued to drive the car for 2 months to and from work and errands and such. We then had to redo paperwork two different times. Finally when the 60 day tag was about to expire we called and tried to figure out a solution. A couple days after calling repeatedly we received a call back on Dec. 13th saying we had to give Briggs 2000 dollars or bring the car back because they couldn't get the financing figured out and accepted or whatever. We returned the car on Dec 14th and since then we have been calling and calling and calling to get our down payment back. It took Briggs a matter of days to remove the money from my account but after 2 weeks I still do not have my money back but not to worry I'm told the check has been mailed but it's in my dad's name so how exactly am I supposed to get my money. Thank you for making it impossible for us to get another car, and for ruining Christmas, Briggs, way to go with your 100% customer satisfaction, except not.  Oh and why would you let someone drive a car for 2 months if you couldn't get the financing figured out. Seriously!
