Tom, Jason, Andrea, and the whole staff are amazing. They worked fast for us to get my husband on a bike. We have bad credit, and they still got us a good deal with a low payment. I recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a nice motorcycle. They really went out of their way to make us feel like valued customers and get my husband what he wanted.

Customers beware. Dishonest business. Left a stock exhaust with my bike when I put it on consignment here, the staff assured me that I could get it back if the new buyer of my bike did not want it. First, when my bike sold they told me that the buyer had taken the exhaust.  Well I found the owners manual, the emergency toolkit, and some spare parts for the bike and got in touch with the buyer to it all to him. Not only did the buyer tell me that he did not take the exhaust, he claimed that FlipMyCycle never even offered the extra stock exhaust to him. I went back thinking that maybe they had made a mistake. I was confronted by rude staff and told that they had used my exhaust on another bike and that they had taken ownership of it since I left it. When I asked for them to make it right, they produced forged paperwork saying that I had given them the stock exhaust. They tried to play it off as if the exhaust had no value. Well if it had no value, then why did you steal it and use it on another bike so quickly? They refused to fix the issue and continued to insist that I was out of luck because they had paperwork. Well, I have copies of the original paperwork which proves they forged my paperwork by adding things to their copy without my consent. Since the owner is unwilling to make any effort to correct their mistake it forces me to believe that they did this maliciously and are now trying to cover their tracks. I have no other choice but to pursue legal action against this business and I hope they don't do anything else wrong to people. 

They also lied about the purchase price, about offers made on the bike, and about how much money they made on the sale of my bike. Definitely beware of this business.

The greatest group of people to work with...very friendly staff. Just bought a bike yesterday... I knew what i wanted they did everything to get me riding with a low down payment. I will be sending everyone looking to buy a bike their way! Very professional... thanks you guys!!

Just bought my first bike from these guys awesome buying experience...quick and Tom and staff were very courteous.  They even delivered my bike to South Carolina!!!  Awesome place 5 stars!!!!

Flip my cycle has been one of the best experiences with a motorcycle business that I have every had. They are always very courteous and kind and very professional 100% of the time. Jose is the gentleman I was dealing with and he is always very respectful, follows through on his promises and goes out of his way to make is easy on the customer. Highly recommend this company, they are doing things right!!
