I've had a very pleasant buying experience with GPP Fayetteville. All the staff that I've met here are friendly, knowledgeable, and very passionate about bikes! I've taken my bike in a couple times for adjustment/service and have been very satisfied both times as well. I was a little nervous about the ownership change, but things have been very good so far. I would highly recommend this place as an all-around great bike shop.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased a bike from them almost a year ago and I've been back a couple times for maintenance and have nothing but positive things to say.

Bryon and his crew took great care to make sure I had a satisfying first bike purchase experience! I had an issue and brought it back in which they fixed it immediately. Ultra chill place.

I went to the handlebar with high hopes. I got my wheel trued. Apparently all they did was true it. They didn't tighten the spokes at all. This is a bmx bike you have to keep spokes and wheels tight and straight. I was charged 15 dollars to have my wheel touched for a few minutes. My wheel came in true and I bought a 3 dollar tool and fixed it myself. I have been here quite a few times, every time the owner was a jerk and rude to me. I honestly hope this place goes out of business. They try to be hip wth beer and coffee when they can't even fix a bike. Save some trouble and go to high roller just around the corner. They have been there for forever and do a great job.
