7/6/2015 - Called and talked to a man claiming to be the owner of Flohaug Plumging.  I needed a toilet rebuild and possibly a new wax ring.  He was friendly and set up an appointment for 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm the following day.  This was fast and best wait time I had experienced after calling several other Plumbers.  Even though the website said credit cards are accepted, I asked, and was advised that his credit card reader was not working.  Close to 12:00 pm the following day, he called to advise that he was having vehicle problems and there would be a 3 hour delay.  He had another employee who would be finishing a job in about 2 hours.  I decided to wait for him.  I never got a call back.  I had 2 numbers and in calling those 2 numbers for the next 3 days, I only got his voice mail.  I left a message, but again never heard back from Flohaug Plumbing.  Obviously, this was very inconvenient and I certainly wondered if they were still in business.
