My furnace is old and was making lots of squeals and thunks. Then it just quit working. Paul came out and gave it a great cleaning, figured out what the problem was and now it's running great and quiet! He was even great with my cat staring at him while he worked. Thank you Paul!

I was in need of replacing my central AC about 2 years ago and I went with Peterson Pinney, one, because they were a local small business, and two, they gave a competitive quote for it. In late June of 2015 I called Peterson Pinney for a tune up of the AC for $89.00. Sounds good so I made the appointment. When Paul came out he first asked where my garden hose is and he started spraying the condenser unit without disassembling the outer frame work. When I saw this I mentioned to him that I could have done that. He made some lame excuse about time involved disassembling the framework. After he was done with that he went in my basement and touched a pipe that was part of the AC with his hand and said "OK". He went back upstairs and completed the invoice. Total time he was there was 30 minutes. I've had tune-ups in the past with my other unit, and the tech used meters to test the coolant, disconnected the drain hose, cleaned it, cleaned the condenser unit by removing the frame work and doing a visual check of it as well. After he left I called the store and complained about the lack of service for what is considered a "tune-up" and said I wouldn't use their service again. The guy on the other line said "do what ya gotta do". I then hung up. From what I see with Peterson Pinney, I see Paul take advantage of the company he works for as well as the customer he services for Peterson Pinney. So much for helping out a local small HVAC company.

I needed a plumbing part for an older shower. My father in law told me I could always go to Petterson Pinney to find the right part. Sure enough they found it for me. It has worked great since I replaced it a year ago.

My AC went out a few years ago. Peterson Pinney came out and replaced the unit. They were fast, prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would have no reservations calling them again for any work that needed to be done.

We had our water heater replaced and are very pleased with the experience. The price was fair, and Paul was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Exactly the kind of business experience that is so difficult to find these days. I know who I'm calling next time I need plumbing work again!
