We needed to have a waterline hooked up for our refrigerator with water chiller and ice maker. Plumber Roght was on time and they were very experienced, and knowledgeable. They offered options completed the work in a timely manner. and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with the rate & service We will give a high review and a referral to anyone in need of plumbing service.

We only have one bathroom and the toilet was plugged. When they got here they opened one trap, ran a single pass with a cable and charged us a total of $390.22! The younger plumber even said, "It went right down." They advertise their hours until 7 PM and I called a few minutes after 5 PM but they still charged $117.00 just for that! These people are crooks and they take advantage. Plus they scratched the toilet bowl horribly and I cannot fix it, I have tried several products. We have NEVER had a plumber charge that much or cause damage to our fixtures.

We had a great experience with Devon. He was polite, articulate and very knowledgeable about all of our plumbing issues. He went above and beyond by helping my husband move a heavy desk back into place and he saved us more than $250 by cutting a hole in a closet wall to give us access to the city's on/off water valve so we didn't have to have a new on/off valve installed. We would definitely call Plumb Right again!

I think you are making a BIG mistake if you hire this company without first getting other estimates - I think they are WAY overpriced - I was charged $638.72 for about one and a half hours of work! Charges were: - $59 for "diagnostic" (that's for driving to the job site, looking at the work and giving an estimate) - replacing the old leaky stop valve outdoor hose faucet with a new stop valve faucet - $307.95 - removing an old copper pipe that leaked at a joint and replaced it with a new 3ft copper pipe and a new shut off valve - $271.77. Total: $638.72 Parts provided by the plumber for replacing the leaky faucet and the leaky copper pipe with a shut off valve cost, I would estimate, $38 - which would bring down the cost of the work to about $600. To provide the estimate took about 10 minutes, the total time the plumber spent at the job site (including the estimate) was about 100 minutes. !00 minutes of work for a total of about $600 works out to about $360 per hour - pretty impressive - my attorney didn't charge that much at my last visit! If you value your wallet and its contents, I suggest getting several estimates before hiring this company for ANTYTHING - I suspect you could get your work done a good deal cheaper by someone else. When you call this company, the person answering the phone will likely ask you "what can we do to make you smile?" - what would have made me smile is if they had cut their bloated $638 bill in half! Be smarter than I was, I've since learned I could have gotten by cheaper - GET OTHER ESTIMATES BEFORE SIGNING UP WITH THIS COMPANY! John

I found a puddle of water in the cabinet underneath my kitchen sink and couldn’t see where the problem was. I called Plumb Right and they provided service on the same day. The plumber noticed a small drip coming from the faucet of my water filtration system. We agreed that this might have caused the puddle under my sink. He said that he could replace the faucet if necessary but asked me to wait for a couple of days in order to make sure that this was really the problem. As agreed, I paid him a one-time fee of $49 for the service call and he told me to call him if I decided to install a new faucet. Two days later and more water under the sink, I called Plumb Right and had a new faucet installed. With my Angie’s List discount, the cost was $242. I am a very satisfied customer. I received friendly, professional and efficient service for a fair price and I won’t hesitate to contact Plumb Right again.
