Everyone we dealt with at Flood Ford Lincoln in Narragansett was absolutely amazing! 
From Jimmy our salesperson, to Tim the general manager, to Megan in finance...the combined experience they have is second to none. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were clear on every page of the lease.
I haven’t bought/leased a brand new vehicle in a long time, and the staff at Flood Ford Narragansett made it easy and painless!

Flood Ford in Narragansett has the best service department that I have ever dealt with.  I put many miles on my car so I end up needing service a little more frequently than most people.  Every time I bring my car in they are thorough and for as busy as they always seem to be they are quick with the service appointments.  I highly recommend Flood Ford for their top notch service department.

Flood Ford of Narragansett is your go to place when purchasing or servicing your vehicle. The staff there is helpful and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership for your car buying and servicing experience!!!!

Walked in at 10am with and appointment, immediately was met by my salesman, David Bailey, told him what i could afford, and he showed me exactly what I was looking for.  No pressure just guidance and options.  I walked out at noon with the truck I wanted, the price I could afford, all papers signed, and it wasn't even 1pm yet!

I put my car for repair for transmission and they charged me $5000 and labor rate was $125 way higher than nation rate of $90. After putting new transmission they messed up my exhaust as it started leaking. Month after my new transmission started leaking and my car mileage dropped significantly as they messed up my engine so bad. Meanwhile I was in out of state and my car started having some problem and they told me that my drive belt was cracked all over the places and funny thing is that it was visible but when I put my car for service to have them look at the engine and it parts. With the charge of diagnostic fees they did not find all problems with the car either so I am uncertain about their technical skills or they want us to go to them one after another problem so they can rip you off. And that has been true so far as my car never saw mechanic until this transmission problem and since than it is fourth time I had to take my car to service. I would never recommend this place to buy or service your vehicle.

This is the second review after one above, they called me and started yelling on me for the review and denied to fix the problem and now I will take legal action against them as they have cunningly snitched $5000 from me without fixing the car.

Also customer service is the worse, and they do not respect you as a customer neither they will respect others time. Very difficult people to deal with. Not only that their own culture is bad as when I was present at the shop front desk guys started yelling on each other over who has to do the work.

But never put your car for service neither buy car from them.
