I recently visited Speedcraft Volkswagen in search of a new vehicle. I did not know exactly what model vehicle I wanted, but was quickly greeted by a sales associate who showed me all the available models. I got more than I expected for my used trade in and got an awesome price on the new car. The whole experience was above and beyond what I had expected when I set out on my search for a new car. Would definitely recommend Speedcraft to my friends and family for future vehicles.

My car was indicating service and also showing a wrench. I was worried it was something serious so I booked the earliest Appt online for Monday. Making a note if they had any cancellations on Saturday to please call me. Which they did. I went in they checked everything. Said my car indicated service because I was due for an oil change, tire rotation. They also topped off all my fluids and washed my car. When I asked how much He asked me for my coupon for oil change and service. I gave it. There was no charge, all included. Wow! The staff was prompt and courteous. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great experience from start to finish.  Josh listened to my needs, and presented me with a few options within my budget.  I didn't feel pressured at any phase of the process, and Josh made my decision to lease a new Atlas easy.  It was also nice that the GM Tom came out and personally thanked me for my business.  I genuinely felt that the whole team at Speedcraft had my best interests at heart.

Leased 4 vehicles through Speedcraft from 2004-2015. Tried big BMW dealer upstate. TOTAL disappointment. Just took delivery on 2018 Tiguan this past weekend. Got a good deal upfront and impeccable sales help along the way. Low stress, high service. Go see them if you’re even thinking about a veedub!

Speedcraft gave me the best service I've ever had at a VW dealer. I called at 3:45 p.m. on a Saturday because my transmission light came on. I was 300 miles from home and meant to drive back the next day. Without help, I would have had to rent a car, drive home and drive back 5 hrs to get the car another day. Not only did they agree to scan for the problem last minute, but they fixed the issue and got my family right back on the road. I wish they lived nearby so I could go to them regularly. Good service like Speedcraft is really hard to find! Thanks!
