I decided to give IMG a chance based on reviews on the internet, and I'm glad I did.

I have only ever bought a brand new car once in my life. I just don't see the sense in paying for something that decreases in value the moment that you purchase it.  Plus, I've resigned myself to the fact that a car payment is just something that I'll always have. So, I'll purchase a fully loaded used vehicle every 4 or 5 years at a fraction of the new cost.

I moved to RI a few years ago, and had no knowledge of local used car dealers. IMG had some great reviews, so I thought I'd start here. They had an Audi on the lot that I was interested in, and from the second that I walked into the office and met with Don Bickford it was a completely enjoyable experience (I know right? Buying a car was enjoyable?). I'm 100% a straight shooter. I don't BS, and I have no time or patience for it either. Don was straight forward, not an ounce of "Used Car Sales Guy" in him. It was "let's see what we can do for you" from the outset. We threw some numbers around, he introduced me to Jason Nicotero who handles financing, and from there I didn't leave without the car that I wanted. It was honestly that simple.

From there I usually like to wait a few months before I review a place, especially a used car, so that I can see how they deal with any sort of follow up issue. Well, an issue did arise. I had a problem with a break-assist feature that Audi's have, and not only did they fix it free of charge they put me in a loaner vehicle while they were working on the car. They worked around my schedule, and made absolute certain with followups that everything was sufficiently working. That says everything that you need to know about IMG. They care that you are getting what you want.

My experience was so top-notch, that I went back to them a couple of months later to buy my wife's car. And yes, that went fantastic as well. Give them a shot, you'll be glad you did.

I highly recommend having your vehicles maintained and served by International Motor Group in E. Greenwich RI.  The reason why I recommend them is that I am sick of taking my BMW to the dealer and having just the minimum repaired without going that extra yard to find problems that will occur in the future which ends up costing me a lot more money and impaires the performance of my vehicle.
International Motor Group, treats me with respect and honesty, they go the extra mile to find problems that will impair my vehicle in the future.  When I send my cars to them, I know without question and anxiety that I'm getting the very best care and service for my vehicles.  They are extremely friendly, honest and most of all I trust them completely.  I always feel satisfied when I take my cars to them, knowing that the service is unquestionably the best for my vehicles.  I will only take my cars to them or else I won[t have it serviced. Thank you International Motor Group form taking care of my vehicles and treating me with great kindness, honesty, respect and trust.  I have 120 % satisfaction rating with International Motor Group  and am grateful to have discovered them to take care of my vehicles.
I highly recommend taking your vehicles to them for  maintained and service !

My visit to IMG had been the most pleasurable experience buying a car I had ever had.  Tony was accommodating, honest and helpful.  I first met with Don, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me tremendously.  Jason took care of some incidentals and was extremely helpful.  Judith was very friendly and professional and was a huge help.  All in all, everyone at IMG were helpful, honest and very professional.  I would go back again!

Jason Nicotero was a pleasure to work with when my family purchased our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Jason couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process. The few details that needed to be taken care of before purchase were completed on time and above expectations. The next time I am in the market for a car, my first call will be to Jason. He is a true professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
