I love this store for all of my flooring needs. I am local Residential Contractor building mostly new additions onto existing homes in West Orange county. I tried other places including the big chain store in Orlando but these guys are the best. Huge selection in their showroom to choose from. Expert advice from highly experienced professionals. Material and installation services are available here. Locally owned and operated. The owner is almost always there at the store. They have completed several jobs for me to date and each with excellent results. They stand behind their work and see each project through to a positive completion. What more can you ask for? I'm a fan.

We loved working with Hans in sales and their installers were the best! We had beautiful hardwood floors installed in our master bedroom and when the hurricane damaged a portion of it, they did a flawless repair. I highly recommend this store!

After a major fail by a major chain store, Eric at Flooring America solved our carpeting woes in one phone call. Our new carpet was installed faster than expected and it's beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I made an order on Monday and rep assure me it should come Thursday or Friday and should get a call as soon as they have it. Come Saturday and Sunday never got a call so I went to the store w/c is open at west colonial Branch where I ordered to pick it up the flooring material and the rep said it's there but I can't have it saying the warehouse is close, very disappointed and dissatisfied with his answer. Offered to carry out myself but not willing. Store is not busy, just plain laziness I should have gone to other place had I known this type of customer service in this Ocoee Flooring America by West Colonial, Orlando, FL

I replaced whole house wood flooring. My sales consultant was Brian. I shopped all over Central Florida for two months, and when I found flooring America and Brian- my search ceased!! Excellent over the top caring and customer service! The flooring products are top quality with all included reasonable pricing! We truly love our new floor- it was the best decision. Do yourself a favor- do not buy a floor product until you check here. Brian knows floors and what you need for special circumstances such as floors w crawl spaces. No sales pressure, friendly, helpful staff and a very large selection- including sound and moisture barrier pads, and after service. Thank-you Brian for helping us select the correct product for our home- you made it easy.
