Last week I have talked to a gentleman at this office 11201 N. McKinley Drive, MS 7-1200 Tampa, FL 33612-6456 his name was Lance.Grace about the horses up on the skyway Fishing Pier The horse people up there away how they are rude and inconsiderate of people he sure me that if I take pictures and send it to him he we could probably do something about it so that's exactly what I did I took some photos and sent it to him exactly what he asked me to he asked me if they had sax around their private parts of the horses to catch the urine and a poop and I said to my knowledge no they do not but I'll take some pictures and send it to you so I did and I took some good pictures and I sent it to him the ones of the horses pooping in water and urinating and a water even at with the one lady took and turn around and told one tour people that they was not going to clean up the poop on land or in the water and I told him exactly what they said 1 days later on 12/19/2017 he called me off and told me that he can't do anything about the horses up there it's nice to have a job sitting on your fat ass not doing a damn thing but work for money for free what a loser if I was his boss he would be looking for another job oh by the way if you go up out of Skyway do not eat the fish up there because you do you might be eating the horse's poop and your urinate from the water I am going to post the pictures on here and i did add the boundary where two horses do not supposed to be

I recently visited home for a family emergency and work primarily in Europe. I received a bill to which I paid. I left and went back to work and returned home in the last week. I found 7 FDOT notices in regards or toll by plates charges. I do not mind paying my bills. I prefer to be on the right side of the law as well. However when I called they told me it was in collections and I owed around $150.00. That is extreme. I let the representative know I was willing to pay what I owed per the tolls, but would like grace and consideration for the lateness in regards to my good payment history in the past. Que the most incredibly rude rep. She refused to even hear what I had to say, she was disrespectful. I have never been treated like this when dealing with toll by plate and was very discouraged and angry in regards to how I was treated. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she then said with as much attitude as she could muster that "he will tell you the same thing and you shouldn't even try, just pay your bill lady." (Mouth dropped open) I repeated my request for a supervisor and she finally sent me to his voicemail. This infuriates me. And Tampa wants to put in this ludicrous TBX highway with more tax and tolls? That plan was drafted 30 years ago and was never updated with current market costs and or current needs of the community. I am so disheartened with my experience. And people wonder why I prefer to live overseas. Attitudes like hers and an unwillingness to assist customers with a good history. SMH.
