I was a patient of Dr Ina since I was 11 years old. I am now 37. I have been on the exact same medications for almost 15 years. and my phone number is accurate in their file. I recently purchased a house and never received a letter advising me that if i missed another appt which i admit i did miss 3 during this year due to my work schedules. I would always call and apologize and immediately set another appt. Never once did anyone from this office call me to warn me of the repercussions and in fact they received the letter they sent me back as returned. and again they never called me. Now i am no longer able to be seen, they wont allow it. I called on the last day of my coverage with him and was advised to wait to get a call back that day by Cindy. however i never received a call back , then today i call in the morning, no notation about my previous call. And it wasnt until then that i found out he was on vacation. I begged to get my final prescription because i had not been able to find a doctor yet that was accepting new patients. so instead of helping me as he stated he would , the doctor on call decided that as of today i am no longer eligible to be prescribed medication because i expired yesterday. again i advised that i called prior to my cancellation and Cindy constantly tried to make me feel worse and worse about myself and blamed me for everything. she would not listen to me and does not understand that you cannot put an immediate stop to a person that has been on a specific medication for so long. I pleaded and begged for one last prescription which would give me enough time to find a doctor as the ones i have been trying are not accepting new patients. I dont know what to do. and I am heart broken. I used to think that he cared about my well being but ever since he went to the florida medical practice i have only been a number. I am not a person to them anymore. My story means nothing. My history with them means nothing . so much for caring about people and their well being. i hope they can sleep at night knowing they are hurting peoples and affecting them in ways no one would know unless they themselves have the same issues. I am not ashamed to admit it. But now I am mad. I hope you all find this review helpful. I have proof for everything. so i have nothing to hide or no lies to tell. I wish he was the same doctor as before. but money changes people. and Florida medical clinic does not value the patients only the income coming in. Thats not hat this should be about even though i know it is.

They won't let you come get vaccination. A group of discriminatory unethical individuals who value money over public health
