Went into ER with abdominal discomfort, As part of the diagnosis process they did a CT scan. When I received the bill it was 7 times the national average of the price at $8500. STAY AWAY! They price gouge. Across town I can get it done for $400.  Staff was very nice, no wait, and it was clean. But I can't afford this type of surprises and I surely won't go there for surgery.

I recently had my baby at the Florida Hospital in DeLand. I must say all the nurses were very nice, attentive and present. They provided me with everything I needed and also after the baby was born they were still making sure everything was fine and they helped me with the baby showing me things I had no clue how to handle.

seperate days 2 seperate cases. neither one were evaluated. just asked what's wrong, prescribed medicine and discharged. I won't be going to this hospital again.

Edited to remove details. No diagnostic work done, just guesses. I would go somewhere else if you think you are having a serious medical issue.

They specialize on patient care. I was in there for 3 days and the care I received was second to none. T1he next week, I received a card for the nurses who took care of me. So special.
