Worst service ever!! Today this place made the hospital emergency room seem inviting. The PA that was there today demonstrated that her ability to effectively treat patients and bedside manner is definitely not an her area of expertise, and failed on so many levels. We have come to this place for many years, and have NEVER experience the substandard service like this visit. A few days after, I bumped into an employee of this urgent care, at a retail store, and she told me that she heard about my son's awful experience, from her office manager and the receptionist. Funny thing though, the person I bumped did not work the day we came in. I spoke with the office manager Kim privately by phone, and did not discuss ANY details with the receptionist. It is clear that patient confidentiality is being violated, and THATS a HIPPA violation!! We will be happy to take my needs elsewhere future fwd. There are several other places that would appreciate helping with our Medical needs.

I can't say enough great things about this urgent care. They are always so friendly and helpful and caring. Efficient doesn't begin to cover it when it comes to this staff. They are quick but not so quick that they are negligent. I owe them an awful lot of thanks. I couldn't be happier that they built this one in Wesley Chapel.

Amazing Amazing Amazing Everyone was extremely Kind and Professional towards me and my son. When he left he said he wants to always come here, when he is sick. I said son "WE ARE" Short wait time for NEW PATIENT Very Kind and Professional. Couldn't of been any better ! It's amazing guys !!! Amazing

The nurses and doctors were phenomenal, I have to say though that the women working the 303 office are super rude. The Hispanic woman has always been rude to me and my mom but the white girl next to her completely disgusted me today. She talked to us like we were a piece of s**t which is totally unacceptable. If I talked to my customers like that at my job I would have been fired a long time ago ... her attitude just took me by shock. Great medical service but customer service was awful. Has to be one of the worst I've ever experienced, I only came back because Dr. Riechmuth and the nurse who assisted us were awesome.

I saw Dr. Jackson a few days ago and if I could give her zero stars, I would. Dr. Jackson is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. She took ~1sec to examine each of my symptoms, then told me everything looked fine. I actually had to tell her to give me a strep test and I was the one who had to tell her what I thought I had. After doing the strep test I requested, it came back positive (surprise). She put me on medication, but after two days the medication caused extremely bad chest pain. I called the office to explain that I needed a different medication (there are a number of medications you can prescribe for strep, so she could have easily simply prescribed a different one). She told me I needed to continue taking the medication and would not prescribe anything else unless I returned to the office to be re-evaluated. Given that the strep test was positive, there was absolutely no need to be re-evaluated, as my diagnosis was already known.
