This is by far the worse practice of this group. The staff is cold and uncaring and runs the office more like a welfare office than a Drs office. My five year old child was sick and throwing up and they made us wait over an hour after check in before throwing us into a room and forgetting about us. After almost 90 minutes I walked out and left and my child never got the medical attention she was supposed to receive. The staff did not care about me leaving or my child’s care they simply said goodbye. Also I asked nearly 10 times when would we be seen and everyone’s response was we don’t know. Sheesh. I felt so alone in that moment. I pray no other parent has to go through this again. This office is cold and terrible. Go see Dr. Anton at the Citrus Park group. That office is awesome. I will never go back to this one again. I will be reposting this every week on every social media site because I’m praying no other mom or kid has to go through what I experienced today.

I have been visiting this location for a couple of years and I noticed the service has really improved. In the past I have had problems scheduling appointments and now they even give me same day appointments. We recently had to take our daughter to the emergency room and the office called me to follow up and asked for me to bring her in to make sure she was ok. I like the team of doctors they have now, much better than before. I had the pleasure to deal with Dr Soto and she was very caring and really took the time to explain things to us. The girls in the front desk were very sweet. I will definitely keep bringing my kids back.

Went there as a walk in and the staff acted as if i was an inconvienace. They came up with so many excuses and mimiced my wife infront of me. They acted as if they were busy but there were no other patients for over an hr... i guess they were overwhelmed having one patient show up. My kid had some sort of allergic rash but i guess the office staff is allergic to working bc the whole time they were helping each other with their make up.... after waiting so long i decided to warn anyone else who would want to see their primary provider the same day you kid gets sick that this office would be too overwhelmed so do go there. The checkin person was a real hostile i suggest she find some other means of work bc she just didnt seem pleasant.

The male doctor is very rude .. ask a simple question and get told thats why i go to the academy meeting and you don't. !! Oh and the fact your insurance doesn't pay for this .. and its really expensive over the counter and your insurance .. yes the children have medicaid but that doesn't mean im poor i simply cant afford the ridiculous price of health insurance ! Learn to speak to your patients understand their concern . Do not interrupt and don't bring your smarter than a surgeon into it or a specialist ! Your a pediatrician not a surgeon or specialist.

a male pediatricians at this facility was arrested in Polk county, the largest human trafficking/prostitution sting in FL. this place should be closed!!!
