I had to wait 2 hours to be placed in an exam room. I should have just left after an hour. The waiting area is artic cold, not even a tolerable cold. Then I waited an additional 30 minutes once in the exam room. This is beyond unacceptable! Dr. Talton-Williamson was nice, but it's not okay to make someone wait that long to be seen. The front desk staff was slow and they'll take a week or longer to get back to you if you call with any issue instead of the acceptable 48 hour response time. Enjoy waiting for them to even answer the phone. Never again. I will find another primary care doc.

I had to cancel a follow up because I left town. They called twice to follow up with me. This is impressive since I've seen where patients slip through the cracks with other doctors. Staff and doctor very nice. Dr. Robertson was very respectful.

Well it is really not fair for me to rate and I am really not angry. But first impressions goes a long way. I am currently sitting in the waiting room in Wesley Chapel office. My wife is getting test done at Tower Radiology so while I was waiting I went to the front desk to get information. I was telling her I am looking for a new Primary doctor. Now I was excited because I grew up in Tampa and having TGH Med Group is awesome. Well the front desk asked if I could wait because she had to FAX something, I said sure no problem. Then she said to call the phone number instead. So far I have been waiting 30 minutes for my wife who is having test done at Tower. A lot of time for the front desk to answer questions a set up an appointment. Also since I can see the breaks she has to speak with me. I am not calling the number when I am right here now. 9/15/15 10:00 am
