Their site is miss leading. It allowed me to place an order after entering my zip code, only to receive a call late in the afternoon the day prior to the special event, that they don't deliver to my area. They suggested I pick it up ! That was not possible, do to the fact I just had spine surgery and could not travel. Had they called me earlier in the day, I would maybe had been able to find someone to do it for me. They were polite, but let me in a position to have nothing on a special occasion. I personally will never call them again.

Lively Florist just handled the pall for my Mother's funeral. They allowed me to pre-order and pay early as we learned that Mom would pass in the coming week. They followed my every wish with purple, blue, peach and deep pink wildflowers. They noticed when we admired pieces during a visit and made recommendations to friends when they called. Lively also coordinated all the arrangements to work with the others. The flowers were beautiful and would had really pleased Mom. Thank you.

Jean is wonderful and made one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever purchased. She asked what my wife liked and creatively arranged a bouquet specifically to her liking. My wife was very excited for our 13yr anniversary.

I had a last minute order needing to be got to my sister for her birthday and they Got it to her in less than 30 min after I called !! You guys were a life saver . The flowers were beautiful !! Thanks so much ! I will definitely be using you guys again .
