Overall service was pretty good. The only problem is that they seem to only have one vehicle for shuttle service, and even though I was 10 minutes before my appointment I missed the shuttle and therefore had to wait until my car was serviced to get to the office. Butch did everything he could to ensure I got my vehicle serviced on time but still I was late to my meeting. My suggestions: while making the appointment ask if the customer will need a ride somewhere. Also it would be great if dealer provided a free car-wash when car is serviced, I have another car from a different auto maker and they offer free car-wash as part of the deal.

**update** it has been over two weeks and still no contact from anyone. Lowering rating to one star for multiple lies. I was fairly disappointed with my experience here... I called in about a Corvette that appeared to have pin stripes on the website. Upon calling in I requested the information regarding the stripes on whether they were painted or just stickers (as paint being on the clear coat is VERY BAD).. The sales guy assured me they were stickers and would come right off. When I arrived at the dealership of course they were not stickers and the car certainly had lines painted all over it. Thats a new paint job to repair. When I did drop a price I'd be comfortable buying a car that needs paint repair they came back with full price. Either way I did reach out to the General Manager and left him a voice mail mentioning I had some feedback (Being busted lying about a car is a terrible thing!)... alas I heard nothing back from him which was another disappointment, otherwise I would have rated this a 3 star experience or perhaps not written a review at all.

Very nice experience. No pressure, just service. I do have serious concerns about the integrity around the "delivery" of the agreement (@ the cashier) regarding the snow chains for the Chevy Spark. Your cashier, E__n I believe, slipped us a tiny form in between all the others saying, "This is saying that Chevy does not provide chains for this vehicle." Upon reading the form, it did NOT say that. (I'm sure you all know the form.) The form stated that chains were not suitable (or something). And to check the owners manual, etc. This fact was burried in an intentional way. When I asked again, I was told a second time that it was "just that Chevy did not provide them..." Intentional obfuscation. Misrepresented fact. Upon asking my sales person, C_______n, he acted totally surprised about the situation. Wasn't sure. This was a 2017 Spark. Had no one ever asked!? Anyway, we completed the purchase, convinced there must be SOME sort of provision for chains. Maybe cables! Maybe low-profile cables? we thought. Turns out, no. The clearance doesn't allow for chains. So... Buying experience was fine, other than feeling duped at the last minute. We needed a car that worked in the snow. In less than two weeks we have need to cross the Rockies and drive into the Midwest. We intended to get some chains to safeguard our trip. Now, we have to just HOPE it doesn't snow. This is a disappointment, right when we should be feeling satisfied about our purchase. I don't know if snow tires are even a possibility, but I seriously hope so, and do not look forward to the additional expenses. (Hey Chevy, want to kick down for some snow tires? I accept.) Thanks Chevy. While I would definitely recommend every other aspect of my experience at Folsom Chevy, a certainty that this dealership plays stupid and obfuscates issues will affect whether I would ever recommend them. What else might they not tell a customer?!

In my opinion, the service department at Folsom Chevrolet stands apart from other dealerships. I feel they genuinely care about you as a customer, and are honest when it comes to servicing your vehicle. I have become a forever customer, and when the time comes to say good-bye to my beloved car, I will say hello to a Chevy from Folsom Chevrolet!

Larry was great. He explained upfront he was helping out do to some people being out and ask that I have patience with him. All went well after that and my car was done super fast. Thank you.
