Arrived 20 minutes before they opened, hoping to get  good place in line for a simple oil change and tire rotation (that I have already paid for in my service contract). The shop has a few trucks already on the lift and there is only 1 truck in front of me in line. The service manager sets me up for service and then tells me my truck will be ready in 3 hours. Really? 3 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation when I showed up early to get in line? Crazy. I got back in my truck and came home. I don't have 3 hours to wait for an oil change, when other service centers can have me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Who has 3 hours to waist on a simple service? If I hadn't been conned into a service contract, I'd probably never go back but now that I'm stuck in this, I'll have to deal with it I guess.  On a positive note, the tech that has serviced my truck the last 2 times is very personable and tries his best to make the best of a bad situation

Claimed to be willing to work a deal on a Jeep, but just wasted my time. 1 hour drive each way and they were hard set on MSRP.  Ended up ordering a Jeep for less than employee cost, or 11% under MSRP.  Shop around and forget this tiny dealership that has that old school used car lot vibe.

Definitely the best and most reliable service. Had a bad blow out and was stranded with no spare. Had my sister and her baby with me. Just took a quick phone call to Mr. Blaz and he sent a tow truck immediately. The tow truck driver Jim was awesome and waited with us until the service vehicle came to pick us up. He even offered his help to another person that had a blow out in the same spot shortly after me! Awesome service you can count on!!

I started the communication on a desire on-line. Then follow up phone calls from dealer. Before I go to the place they have the car ready, application ready, and great service. Love this place after trying 5 different dealer. Explanation and the offers were clear. No hidden surprise or shocking number. Try them first, you will be surprise of the friendly staff.

Wished they didn't sale the car that was supposed to be reserved for until a certain day and then when you show up two days before the offer expires the car was sold..People are busy living and loving life.so if a company says it's reserved until the 2nd of FEBRUARY then it should of been there...My wife was very upset..You make her mad..You loose great business...sorry
