Customer service was outstanding. They didn't have the exact year/make/model car I wanted, but they were so patient in letting me test drive similar body styles for comparison - multiple times. Not pushy, no greasy tactics, all smiles and helpful. Very competitive prices after shopping around for months. I didn't buy because they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, but I watched another couple test drive, purchase, and drive away in their new car in 20-25 min.

This was the best time I have ever had spending my hard earned money. The dealers are no pressure and very accommodating. I would definately recommend this be your place to auto shop. You start on line with full disclosure of every vehicle and there are many to choose from. Each vehicle goes through a thorough inspection before being put on the lot. If you chose to browse the lot, no problem you are welcome to do so. Enjoy!

I bought my fifth car from them.  (One for my wife, stepdaughter, and me.)  Great people and easy dealings with the crew there.  Don't waste your time at other dealers getting the run-around or the hard sell.  I am a happy customer.  Stop in and visit them, or look at the inventory online.  Always lots of online photos of the vehicles.

I bought my dream car here, M&S happened to have it in stock and I didn’t know anything about the dealership before I stopped by. I am an older woman shopping by myself for a car, and sometimes have had bad car-related experiences. Not here. Everyone I talked to was friendly, courteous and respectful. I feel like I got just what I wanted in terms of assistance and services. They even delivered the car to my home! I am very pleased overall with this purchase.

If I can give them 100 STARS I would !!!  I have very bad experience with other car dealerships , but M&S auto made me feel at home !! . John & Robert is wonderful , fantastic people .Everybody greets you & make you feel at home. I was a first time buyer & they made to deal so easy for me. They didn't make me feel like a number or just see $$$. They made buying a car a great experience for me & I recommend them 10000% !!
