My experience with Tracy Ford was perfect from the moment I inquired about the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me and got me the best deal possible. Every question I asked was answered with informative responses which is what you want when you are buying a used car. 
I was not rushed or pressured once. Thank you Joel and Chris for your excellent work which led to me driving off with a great feeling and a great ride.

Wanted to test drive a car I was interested in... No one could find the keys for it. Ok lets drive a different one. I drive about 2 blocks and we run out of gas. 3 hours later we find the keys to the first one!

Tony H. is the best!
Bought a Mustang CPO in Ford Tracy. Dealt with Tony Hashimi from beginning to the end. No BS, no bla bla, no overselling. Straight to the point, easy communication, very helpful. Top customer service. Seriously a great experience for us so I will recommend Tracy Ford to all my friends. My next Ford will come from Tracy.

Manager was the worst ... Waisted 2 hours of our time. Worst manager in sales I have met. People like him drive dealership to shutdown. Was not willing to negotiate any deal. Didn't even ask for competitive price. Stay away from this garbage low standard place where managers rather shake hand to call off deal than sit and negotiate on better terms.
