Great selection of high quality shoes. Can't beat the customer service. Mark is always great to work with and very very knowledgeable. He stands behind his sales too....if something doesn't work out for you, he'll always do what he can to make it right. Prices are a little high but you also get top of the line brands and customer service that you can't find anywhere else. They also do repairs....they saved my favorite pair of sandals.... good to go for another year now!!!! Very pleased to be a regular customer!!!!

I took a pair of Tony Lama and a pair of Lucchese for new soles and heels.
The craftsmanship is spectacular. They sent my boots back polished and treated.  They look brand new. And the price was half of what I expected to pay.
If you want to keep your comfortable boots, let these people do the work.

Took in a few items to get them fixed. Was told it would be done in a week or so, no problem there. Never heard back from them that the items were done so on week two called them. They said the items were done so  went to pick them up. All the items except for the leather bracelet were good and I was happy with how they turned out. However the fathers day bracelet was not the right size so they kept that to do some more work. Again it was going to be a few days to a week. Well I left town for business and when I returned home we still had not heard from them. I called to see where they were with the bracelet and they could not find it. So they looked and looked but could not come up with it anywhere in the shop. Did not offer any kind of reimbursement nothing just a sorry we can't find it we will keep looking. Least that could have been done is a reimbursement for the amount the thing was worth. The system also showed that I had not picked up my other items. Wouldn't hurt to maybe inventory some of the stuff that they take in. Would have given more stars but the fact that my daughter remembers it and they took no step to fix it leaves me to one star. I am not a person to beg for money back, however a little more customer service would have went a long way here. Will I be back..... Possibly, if I absolutely need to be.

Fixed my sandal that I thought I would have to throw away. I paid $11 and the work is well done.
