WOULD RATE ZERO IF POSSIBLE. I purchased a pair (the day prior) They didn't fit my feet correctly. Called the store and they said I can do an exchange however when I drove 40 minutes to them they refused. Will never return. Thanks foot locker for wasting my time Worst shoe company, customer service is not there main priority Btw the associates had very bad attitude with the manager named Ryan and Lauren.

They raffle off Jordan's before release date. I was first one to get a ticket thinking it solidified me the shoes not knowing my ticket went in for a raffle for the shoes. So it's a waste of time to be a early bird cause you still won't get the shoes. This by far is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Should be first come not a raffle like you won a prize you still have to pay for. There's no point in ever going to the store you will be better off just ordering them online. So done with shoe stores.

I love this store, the manager there is AWESOME. all 15-20 pair of my daughters shoes I got from here as well as stuff for myself. only shoe store I attend!!
