The salesman was very helpful and very nice. The people working in the back that bring out the appliances were very rude and are not careful at all with the appliances. When we bought our new fridge it had one scratch one we could deal with that. We went home to get our truck and come back to get it. It had five new scratches on it and a dent in the side that will show when we have it in our kitchen. We were not happy at all. We asked them what happened and they told us that they would refund our money or we could buy a different one. That's the one we liked. We understand that it had one scratch not five scratches and a dent. The customer service was unacceptable. They were very very rude. We won't go back at all. We bought a fridge, dishwasher and almost bought a dryer. We will buy a new dryer elsewhere.

The only place open from old Metcalf Mall, Sears gives you that old school department store feel; the elevator music definitely takes you back to a different time. I'm a big fan of Craftsman tools and yard equipment. Look online for even more products that you can have delivered to the store with an online discount. Great tire shop as well.

Excellent store closing unfortunately appreciate all the friendly staff and the Sears name for being in Overland Park Kansas will be missed thank you again.

One of the last to Sears in town, and this one is only got a few weeks left. Lots of appliances and some pretty good deals left over but you got to dig.

Store is closing down, but the price is still ridiculous high. It's seems like they jack up all the prices and marked certain percent off just to catch peoples eyes. But if you really do the math you're still paying just ordinary sales like other sears or kmart stores. NOT REALLY A CLOSING DEAL SALE! They are still wanted to profit off of what they make before closing.
