I took my shoes to another repair shop near where I live first. The man there did a horrible messy job on the top stitching. I would not be able to wear the shoes in public. Then I brought them to Indian Creek repair shop. The owner was able to fix them so they look as good as new. I am very impressed and thankful! And the price was good also. It was actually a dollar less than the repair shop that did a horrible job.

I usually go to Westport Shoe Repair, but they are limited in what they can do, so I thought I would try Indian Creek Shoe Repair, especially since it is much closer to where I live. The man was very talented and was able to do more to repair my shoes and was definitely more talented than Westport Shoe Repair. However, he was very sarcastic and rude. He kept making snide remarks under his breath in addition to outright sarcastic insults to my face. It was one of the most offensive 2-minute interactions I have ever encountered with any human being in my entire life. My six-year old daughter was with me. This man was so rude to her that he made her cry. Although, he is very talented, I will never subject myself or my daughter to his terrible attitude ever again. New shoe tips are simply not worth making a small child cry.

The owner upon my first visit changed the price from what he orig quote - never did he say it would change - I did give him a second chance - he then over fixed two pair incorrectly - not even placing the heel back on the shoe correctly - He was rude when I mentioned this to him - I've never gone back!
