I know sneakers usually sell themselves..especially Jordan's and other name brand sneakers..But the Customer service here is the WORST!!  DTLR don't even need employees in at this location. Just have a robot sit behind the counter and security at the door and thus company will be great.

They are very clean the service is great I've never had an issue with this dtlr all I can say is keep up the wonderful service!!!

i will not gonna buy here if they still have the same manager. this manager is so rude to us me and may husband wanna try the jordan retro 3 one of the saleslady helping others they actually 4 person in the store the manager talking in the manager and shouting like shes the only one in the store so my husband as another lady of they have my wize it took 20 minutes for them to check itm The manager come out from the back together with the shoes she's been holding it for 5 minutes im starting to get irritate so i ask the lady "where is my shoes" the manager didnt even telling them that she have the shoes! so they got the shoes and im ready to check it and wear it, until the manager came and tell the saleslady to give it to me only 1 shoes and the other side with box needs to be in the counter this is the only store ive been that they are not letting you to wear both shoes and her attitude is very disgusting. she's not supposed to be the manager. so ehen the time im ready to pay for the shoes she still the same not even saying thank you please come back or even just a simple "thank you". manager should be a good example for her employee this place should not hired this kind of people

I have never had a good experience in this store. The people who work there  are too busy chatting with their friends to help their customers and they are lazy and the manager is completely lazy. When DTLR did not have shoes in my husbands size, we asked if they could order them from the DTLR in Baltimore who did have the size. The manager told us that the store was only 11 miles away and that we could drive there to get them. HORRIBLE service.
