This was the first car wash I've been to in a while that actually steps of the time frame that they gave me. They vacuumed, washed, clean the windows, Armor All the tires, and had me out of there in like 15 minutes. The one downside was that over the next couple of days I found several places where they had missed mud. I have a truck and enjoyed playing in the mud when it was raining and they definitely weren't as detailed as I'd like them to be.

Paid $54.99 for them to run my car through the car wash and not vaccum the back of my car. When they said the car was done I walked over and saw that it was visibly still dirty and I was able to wife the dirt off with just my thumb. Once I got home I opened up the back of the car and realized that they had not vacuumed the backseat at all didn't even touch it. I went back to just meet with the manager so that I can get it taken care of his name is Dave, he was of absolutely no use and caught an attitude when I said I needed to speak with him about the service and told me that it was going to take him at least 30 minutes before he was even able to come out and look at the car, meanwhile there was not a single customer inside. There's plenty of other places to choose to get your car washed I recommend any of them over this place

Missing transponder, manager refused to be helpful tracking down (vanished).  After 10 years of loyalty, no more.

Went there to get human pee out a rear car seat. I called beforehand and they said it could take 40 minutes. I went there and it barely took 25. Quick, efficient, effective. No smell, no stain. I'll be going back if I have anymore car cleaning needs.

Just spent $22 to have the truck go through an auto wash and get gently dried.  No vacuum. Interior wasn't even touched.
