Thank you foothills floral for an awesome experience needed flowers and it was hot outside, but no problem selection was outstanding unique flowers lots to choose from will definitely be back....

You should be allowed to give a half a star or no star.  I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday.  What a complete disappointment. Let me start by saying they didn't have sunflowers in stock at the time of my call (not a major issue).  (Strike 1)  $85 for a medium arrangement.  It was medium in size, but after 2 days half of the flowers were dead or drooping. (Strike 2)  They were in her office on the desk at 65 degree temperature so they shouldn't wilt and wither away like they did.  I call to complain 12 minutes before they are due to close today and they don't answer the phone. (Strike 3)   I cannot understand how businesses like this (you know them, the one's that exude little to no professionalism) are able to stay in business.  I will never use their services again.

Awful service. Completely ruined the experience of getting flowers. Order showed up a day late and then proceeded to send an awfully written apology card. "Upgraded flowers" already wilting. Will never use this service again.

My aunt lost her dog yesterday, but I am out of town to do anything to cheer her up.  I called Foothills Floral Gallery, told them what flowers and colors she liked and then emailed them what I wanted the card to say and everything went beautifully!  My aunt sent me a picture of the flowers and they are fresh and most are not yet opened which means they will last so much longer.   I have used two different flower shops in the past and both times I was disappointed with the quality of the flower and how quickly they perished.  This time, for the same price, it was actually worth the money.  The young lady on the phone was so flexible and kind with my request and they delivered it the same day to my aunt which made everything all the more special.  I am very impressed with this company and will recommend it to everyone in Phoenix.
