Great customer Service! Fred's Flowers went above and beyond my expectations! Beautiful Leis!

I called and visited shops all over the valley looking for a last minute lei after another florist did not deliver as promised. Instead of the response I received from every other florist claiming they did not sell leis or they needed two weeks notice, I called Fred's Flowers and spoke with a very nice woman whose name I can't remember at the moment but who engagingly asked detailed questions as to what I was looking for, who it was for, the colors I needed and when I needed it. 

After explaining my situation she understandably did not have her normal selection on such short notice but she searched diligently through her inventory to present me all the options available and told me it could be ready in a half an hour and the price was much less than what I was quoted anywhere else. I asked for two, paid over the phone and made it to the shop about an hour later. The leis were beautifully packaged and placed in a refrigerator ready to be picked up when I arrived.

I want to thank the staff at Fred's Flowers for their amazing customer service, especially the kind individual I spoke with on the phone and their willingness to go above and beyond, even for a last minute order! The lei's were beautiful, the new grad loved them and were complimented all night!

Fred's is in a whole different ballgame then most florists. The designs and Arrangements they make are trendy stylish and extraordinary. They have access to the most beautiful freshest and largest variety of flowers I've ever seen. They are fantastic to work with and Ken Take Your Average event and make it into something amazing.  The owner and her mother have been florist their entire lives and they love it. Their passion shows in every single flower there.

We received an arrangement for my father’s funeral from someone out of town...and it was absolutely beautiful, lasted much longer than any of the other arrangements and is drying (preserving) to the point that it can be used as a door wreath...very impressed with the quality, beauty & fragrance—-I will use this florist for my own personal use in the future

We had our sealing on August 31st at 4:30 p.m. I emailed Fred's flowers on August 29th mid afternoon with a consultation request. I received a call at 10:00 am on August 30. I let Renee know that I needed all of the boutineers, corsages, and my bouquet by 3:30 the following day. She told me to come in that day whenever I could so we could discuss colors and arrangements. I showed her a bouquet that I liked and my colors- she gave me a quote and I received a call within 3-4 hours that they were all done! It was such a quick thing! And I LOVED the arrangements she did. Flowers I have not seen before- beautiful. I got so many compliments on it. I do not have photos of the girls corsages because I have not received those photos- but we loved it all. I would recommend :)
