I loved my experience at Bobbie's. The ladies were so friendly and helpful, and the store is really cute! I would highly recommend them for any flower needs!

I lovelovelove Bobbies! The ownership is amazing and all of the workers there are nice and friendly. The bouquets are always gorgeous and kept in good care. I always recommend going to Bobbies when getting flowers

When I had my bouquet and boutonnieres, petals for the flowers girls and petals for the aisle delivered to me, I was a disappointed bride.  My wedding colors were purple, yellow and white.  I had a  several email and phone conversations with the person who handles wedding flowers.  On my invoice and emails, both myself and Bobbie's Flowers noted that I were to have multi-colored petals of purple, yellow and white for the aisle.  In the invoice, it stated, "her colors".  I had emphasized the importance of the flower girls tossing purple petals to honor my husband's grandmother who passed away four months ago.  We wanted her presence to be at the wedding and we thought if we had her favorite color purple as our wedding color, we would keep her memory alive with us.  I had unequivocally expressed this to Bobbie's Flowers. Unfortunately, we received white and pink petals for the flower girls and the aisle flowers.  When I called to complain, I was told it was a misunderstanding.  But I asked how could the invoice and emails be a misunderstanding.  I was told I would receive a refund for the petals.  However, I only received a refund for the flower girl petals bags which were $15 a bag.  The bottom line was that the care and detail was not put into our expressed wishes.  The wedding is over, when our officiant made reference to the purple petals it was odd since the guests were looking at white petals.  We were greatly disappointed for not receiving what was stated in the invoice and in previous communication.

Today I had the pleasure of ordering for the first time from this florist.  I can't express enough how pleasant the process was. Very professional!  Thank you Ariane, I will return!
