Armando is an awesome salesman. No pressure and just always on the ball. I got their, truck was out front waiting for me. Also before i even signed papers he was having truck filled up with diesel and detailing it. Just to speed things up. The dealership has a kids room which help with my kids, Armando gave them some food and just made things easy. We thank you Armando and we love our new truck.. See you again.

Ray is completely awesome. I never felt pressured or like a number.  He made sure I was well informed. This was my best experience buying a car ever!
A knowledgeable sales person is so important. Ray is that!

So I was going to give Ford Fairfield a 2-star review. 2 star review would have been based on the Quick Lane Oil Change. But Steve on the major services side change my mind. He had great customer service, he was able to get the repairs on my 2015 fusion energi covered under warranty repair even though it had just lapsed.  So far his service has been great. I was hesitant to bring my car in this time around, but I decided to give them one last chance.  And am I glad I did! I hope Stephan stays in service for a long time. I will definitely be coming back for any major services. But I do not think I will let the Quick Lane side do my oil changes any longer. Just look at my filter. They must not have sealed it properly on last oil change. No wonder I was losing 1/2 qt every month.

We have purchased over 6 cars from Ford Fairfield so when my son needed a new car I took him right over there. Ernesto greeted us as we walked in the door with a big smile, good morning and how can I help you? We told him what car my son was interested in, he sat us down got the information he needed, let my son test drive the car and we got back and started the paperwork. Unfortunately for us we were on the clock because my son had to be at work in 2 hours. But Ernesto got everything done and wrapped up with time to spare. Ernesto, THANK YOU!!!!!! You are a funny, friendly, dedicated salesperson, you took care of our needs no questions asked and the next time we are in need of a car we will look to you.  Thanks Ford Fairfield :)

Very easy did it all on-line.  No games and straight forward communication.  Fair price right in the middle.  Our car was delivered to our garage and they drove back in the car that we traded.  Wonderful service.
