Buying a car can definitely be a process. Salesman can try to push a quick sale by pressuring you into getting a car that you really don't want just to get the sale. Then there's always the upsale, the added features and packages that can come along with it. All which I experienced when buying my last car. I was in the market for a commuter car and fortunately I ran into Dennis. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. Obviously he wanted the sale but his approach was different and very genuine where he wanted to educate me so that I can make an inform decision. Even though I did not end up getting a car from Dennis, I now know who I can trust at Steve Hopkins Honda so I can refer my friends and family. Thank Dennis!

Very happy and satisfied on how my salesman, Dennis Hua handled my 2017 purchase.  All the negotiations and transactions were seamless and the customer service experience was fantastic. I was able to get the car I wanted when other dealerships in the Bay Area refused to give me the price I wanted!  I drove all the way from the South Bay just to deal with this dealership and I must say well worth it.  I am definitely recommending it, even if you don't necessarily live in the area.

Super happy with both my purchases at Steve Hopkins Honda with the help of salesman Roland Salas. He ensured that I got the car I wanted and needed. He also worked with my budget! I believe I got a very good deal on both purchases. I recommend salesman Roland Salas if you want a friendly approach without being pressured.

Disclaimer: I have never bought a car at this dealership. My husband and I have our cars serviced here whenever needed. The service department has always been top-notch in their customer service, knowledge and honesty. I have a Kia and they have serviced my vehicle without an insane jump in price. Eddie and Leon are the best consultants on the team and they really go the extra mile for their customers.

Our experience was great! Thanks so much to this place. The service we received was top notch. Dennis Hua in particular was incredible to say the least. Everyone was friendly and easygoing. My family will definitely recommend others to come here!
