Extremely poor experience with this dealership. Was promised repairs when buying a car and had to leave multiple messages and eventually just show up to finally get acknowledged. Even after being promised that the repairs would be made I had to follow up repeatedly. Even after the service department told me there was an issue with my car and it would be dealt with I had to fight with the sales department to get it fixed. Two of the people I was dealing with no longer work there and I can understand that can cause problems but this went beyond that. The service department was much more helpful than the sales department. The service people were actually concerned with my satisfaction and even offered me an oil change for my troubles. The interaction with the service department was much more satisfactory. Overall I would not recommend this dealership based on the service I received and now understand the poor ratings.

If I could give zero stars I would, and I'll give my reasons. But basically this is a dishonest dealership. Do not trust anyone here. First I want to warn potential buyers about a beautiful metallic blue 2010 Nissan Titan LE that I was interested in (VIN 1N6AA0EC9AN318995) , and had inspected by my mechanic (at my cost of course). The vehicle needs Head Gasket work, as well as other oil leaks that need to be fixed; heater does not work, and some other minor things like license plate lights, etc. . . all told, my mechanic estimated the costs for repairs to be $4,000.00. Here's where the shady stuff starts. The Desk Manager Sal tells me that his "director" has decided to send the vehicle to auction and that they will now have to "red light" it because it has that damage. Turns out that was a lie, because today their salesperson Mohammed told me on the phone it was for sale and available for me to test drive. . . so they are willing to sell a vehicle with known mechanical issues (I wonder if they'll disclose that to potential buyer). But my review gets better: the general customer service here was terrible. When we first went to test drive the 2010 Nissan Titan, the salesperson Scott could not answer any questions; he kept googling answers on his phone. I can do that; I went to a dealership hoping for some professionalism. We loved the truck and said we'd come back with our F350 as a possible trade-in. That night I called back and spoke with the Manager Bill on the phone. Bill was professional and courteous. When we arrived the next day, we were assigned a new sales person, Brandon, and told that Bill was upstairs in a meeting. The building had no upstairs. Seriously, it's a one story building! Our file had been lost, so Brandon had to start from scratch. We left our F350 so they could inspect it and give us a trade-in value and took the 2010 Nissan Titan for the day. We had our mechanic look it over, and he found the above mentioned mechanical issues. When we returned that evening, we were informed that Bill (the manager) had been fired. We worked with Brandon who wanted us to fill out a credit application even though we were going to pay cash. Either he was new and clueless, or part of the shady dealings that got the Manager fired. We explained that we would need their shop to make the repairs or need them to lower the price so we could have our mechanic make the necessary repairs. Brandon could not make that call, and since Bill had been fired there didn't appear to be anyone else around who could make that call. Brandon said he would call us the next day. We never heard back from anyone. So I called. And I learned that not only was the Manager (Bill) fired but that apparently that whole sales team (or most of it) had also been fired. The new manager (Sal) tried to bluff his way about knowing my file and situation, until I called him on it. It was his first day, and he was dealing with a serious mess left to him by a previous dishonest team, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Sal said he'd call me when he found my file. I never heard from him, so eventually I drove over there (an hour plus drive for me) to find out what was going on. Our file had been lost a second time. They had no record of me, no record of the repairs the 2010 Nissan Titan needed, and no record of the trade-in value that had been taken down from my F350. What a SNAFU! Sal (the new manager) is friendly and professional. Now the new sales team is all in suits (no more momentum t-shirts). I explain, again, my situation to Sal - and he and the other salesmen all hover around the computer and try to figure out how to handle the mess they inherited. The lies continue. I'm done with this dealership. Don't waste your time.

Had a pretty poor experience overall so far. Took 2 months to rework my contract as I did not get my rebate. I had to reach out to the main manufacturer (Toyota) as it is impossible to reach them by phone. They say they are busy if going there in person as well. Now, it is going on almost 3 months here soon and I am still waiting for them to send my license plates! I was told it would be sent express, but here I am still waiting. I called the front desk lady who keeps transferring me to a number that keeps going to voicemail. I can not get in touch with anyone about my plates! Now this will cut into my side job, Lyft who needs plate #'s within 2 months of buying a new car. Horrible! Never buying here again!

Can't even talked to the sales representative every time I call always voice mail how long is there lunch man over 2 hours I haven't got my call back or voice mail.

Completely unbelievable! I have tried unsuccessfully four times now to call the service department. When you call you get a call center, they want to put you in voicemail. Well of course you leave a message and they don't call you back. Truck was in for a recall, of course while fixing the recall they broke something else and did not have that part. I had already waited weeks for the recall part because they fixed all the trucks on the lot before fixing the hazard on already sold trucks. I even said mail me the part (so I don't have to be the one inconvenienced) and I'll install. No luck can't talk to anybody to see if the service writer remembered to do what he promised.
