I was involved in a seven car pileup and my car was totaled! Dealing with all this. plus. insurance deductibles. plus .not enough money to pay off my loan.plus. coming up with a down payment .plus. only a few days of having a rental car. plus. trying to work made getting an other vehicle impossible! I gave this terrible task to Randy Y. and he told me he could work it all out not to panic. Well I was panicking!! He was calm, resourceful, and knew how to handle my situation, and he can handle yours too. Don't have a car or have been told you can't get one? He will sort it all out... I love the service department. James is the best person there is  and the most helpful. He always will find the problem if the car has a problem and always makes sure everything is done right. The problems is when it comes to sales and buying a car. I bought a red car from them and it was overpriced. I bought a challenger and we agreed on a $28,000 out the door and trade in value for my red car. But we ended up having to finance about $36,000 when we got our bill to see how much we really paid. So I feel like we got no trade in value for my other car and I know the challenger was way over priced when we got the bill. Then we took the car home and tried to start it and it didn’t start so the push start button was bad from the start. I recommend not buying a car there but if you need yours serviced then I wouldn’t hesitate to take it there.

I give them a five stars because we were looking for a 2500 truck with a black-out look and they found us a brand new 2017 2500 truck with half black-out, but they told us they would finish it for us. Our new truck looks really cool. We got the truck with the full black-out package and life-time warranty for 62,000. If I had to  buy another car I would totally go here!!!!! My dad actually ended up knowing one of the guys who worked there. Great experience overall.

We purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from Momentum.  We were treated with excellent customer service on the sales floor by Alex and Paul.  There were a couple of after-market items we liked, and they were able to accommodate and add them while keeping us in the price range we desired.

We brought the vehicle back to have the items installed.   Walter (Service Advisor) Is absolutely outstanding; we have been extremely pleased and Alex has been great every step of the way to ensure we are happy with our purchase.  The customer service was absolutely top-notch at every step; from the sale of the vehicle; the follow-up; and the service.  Although we live more than an hour away, we will definitely be looking to Momentum for the purchase of our next vehicle.  Great job!

Service department is very good at fixing my vehicle.  Greg the mechanic is by far the most knowledgeable I have ever met. Also JT and Bill took time to listen and help me through this. Thank you Momentum.
