Since 2006, The FOREM has been proud to serve the real estate and property management needs of the Metro Atlanta area.

Story

In 2002, the FOREM concept was realized when the real estate and mortgage professional became one. The idea was to create a new level of service by offering all details of the real estate transaction from one person. The result has become what is known as the next trend in real estate. The ability to List-Lend-Locate through one professional offers efficiency, simplicity and most of all an extremely successful product. Knowledge and experience comes from selling and financing over $500 million of residential properties. In 2007, the success of this innovative approach has enabled The FOREM to develop a property management division that has continued to add value for our clients.

Corporate Philosophy:

From the beginning, The FOREM has been driven to differentiate itself from companies in the real estate and mortgage industries. As we have observed these industries, the common element seen among companies is to have as many people working for them as possible. Unfortunately, this comes with compromise to integrity and culture to that company. Not at The FOREM. The desire to offer our clients an exceptional level of service from a true professional has been our goal since the inception.
